Privacy Policy — Flow Exporter for Zoho Flow

The short version

Flow Exporter does not collect, transmit, sell or share any data. There is no server behind it. Everything it reads stays in your browser and in the file it writes to your computer.

What the extension reads

When you press Export, the extension asks Zoho Flow for the workflow you have open, using the session you are already signed in with, in the browser tab you already have open. It reads:

• the flow’s definition — its steps, settings and field mappings
• the flow’s metadata — name, status, version, run counts
• the connections the flow uses (names and services, never credentials)
• the source code of the custom functions the flow calls
• your organization’s ID and name

It only ever reads. It cannot create, change or delete anything in your Zoho account.

Where that data goes

Into a JSON file in your downloads folder, and nowhere else. The extension has no backend, makes no requests to any domain other than the Zoho Flow data centre you are signed in to, and contains no analytics, tracking or error-reporting code.

What is stored on your device

Two small things, kept by your browser and readable only by this extension:

• your Zoho organization ID per data centre, so the next export skips the step of working it out again
• the state of the two checkboxes in the panel

Both stay on your device. You can clear them by removing the extension. Neither is ever sent anywhere.
